The Sitton native plant and stormwater garden was created in 2020 and needs our help! We will be weeding, planting, and mulching and working together in community. This garden provides rainwater infiltration from parking lots, sidewalks, and play areas around the school.

Saturday, April 19th, 10 AM - 1 PM

Pre-registration is required.

• All ages and abilities are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Please let us know if you need accommodations to participate due to language, disability, or other additional needs.Youth age 15 + may volunteer without an adult present.
• English and spanish spoken at this event.

We'll provide: Gloves, tools, snacks, and drinks.

What to wear: Clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

What you should bring: Water, sun/raingear.

Directions: A reminder email with directions and parking info will be sent 3 days before the event.

¡El jardín de plantas nativas y aguas pluviales de Sitton se creó en 2020 y necesita nuestra ayuda! Estaremos desmalezando, plantando y cubriendo con mantillo y trabajando juntos en comunidad. Este jardín proporciona infiltración de agua de lluvia desde estacionamientos, aceras y áreas de juego alrededor de la escuela.

Sábado, 19 de abril, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Todas las edades y habilidades son bienvenidas. No es necesaria experiencia previa. Háganos saber si necesita adaptaciones para participar debido al idioma, discapacidad u otras necesidades adicionales. Los jóvenes de 15 años + pueden ser voluntarios sin la presencia de un adulto.
Se habla español en este evento.

Proporcionaremos: Guantes, herramientas, bocadillos y bebidas.
Qué ponerse: Ropa que no te importe ensuciar.
Lo que debes llevar: Agua, ropa de lluvia o sol.
