Depave Day at Rigler Elementary School

Join nonprofit Depave and the Estuary Partnership for a depaving event at Rigler Elementary School in NE Portland! Rigler is the site of one of our latest schoolyard stormwater projects. Read about the project here.

Volunteers will help to prepare the site by removing asphalt to make way for native plants and stormwater features.

All tools and supplies are provided, and Depave crew leaders will be on hand to demonstrate the process to volunteers. Please come dressed with weather-appropriate clothing, including long pants and closed-toed shoes (boots preferred).
