East Fork Lewis River Aquatic Rescue & Relocation

The Estuary Partnership invites volunteers with field work experience to participate in fish, lamprey, and mussel collection efforts along the East Fork Lewis River.

Before construction can begin, aquatic species currently residing within the project area must be safely relocated to a suitable area beyond the project boundaries. Completing the fish, lamprey, and mussel rescue and relocation effort is essential to keeping the construction of East Fork Lewis River Reconnection Project on schedule.

Volunteers must be 18 years or older.
